contacted at (252) 264-3901. No response is considered the same as no objection if you have been
notified by Certified Mail.

groin must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by me

Dear Mr. Meggs,
I am applying for a CAMA permit to replace the pier, located at 153 Rebellion Point
Road in Weeksville, North Carolina. The specifics of the proposed work are in the
enclosed application form and picture. Our plan is to just replace the current pier but
keep it in the same location.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required
to notify you of the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on
the project. Please review the attached permit application and picture. Should you
have any objections to this proposal, please send your written comments to the
Division of Coastal Management District Office, 401 S. Griffin St., Ste. 300, Elizabeth
City, NC 27909 within 10 days of your receipt of this notice. Such comments will be
considered by the Department in reaching a final decision on the application. No
comment within 10 days of your receipt of this notice will be considered as no
