This correspondence is a request for a CAMA general permit to repair and complete the
bulkhead on our property at!248 Newby Bay Dr.', Hertford, NC 29944, in Perquimans County.
The repair and completion will include approximately 230 feet of bulkhead along the
Perquimans River. A basic application with relevant information is attached, as well as, project
drawings and a copy of the letters sent to the adjacent riparian property owners.
These documents, along with a copy of this letter, were also sent to the adjacent riparian
property owners via email. Since no confirmation of receipt was sent by Mr. Swain, a hard copy
letter was also mailed to him. As required, adjacent riparian property owners were notified that
responses were due within io days. The letters sent to Tracy Swain and Kenneth and Angelique
Dewert further stated that if no comments were received within io days of receipt of the notice,
it is assumed they have no comments or objections regarding this project. Attached are copies
of the email correspondences and the mailing confirmation for Mr. Swain, as well as the signed
approval from Mr. Dewert.
