I want to acknowledge that your request/documentation noted a total of 150 linear feet of
bulkhead. At the time that I staked the alignment, I did not know that you planned to stop the return
at the pool wall (adjacent Dickeys on the left). The wall staked on that side calculated to be
approximately 33'; you can adjust/move that line more landward to attach to the pool wall and that
difference would most likely calculate to 150'.
No work can be initiated until after we receive the signed copy. If you have any questions regarding
this correspondence, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Title

Construct roughly 150 linear ft of vinyl bulkhead along canal -front, property line to property line.
Materials would consist of:
8" round pilings driven to 8ft embedment and placed 7ft O.0
Whalers will be 6x6's and will be an upper and lower double whaler style
Sheeting will be 3.1 series Everlast 12 ft vinyl sheets secured with galvanized lags
All lumber to be marine grade 2.6cca treatment and will all be bolted together with 5l8" timber
bolts.
The bulidtead will also feature 15ft be back rods secured to every bulkhead piling and then
anchored to an additional piling below grade 5-6 ft.
To finish off the new wall we will secure 2x6 decking to the top of the structure. Pilings will be
topped to customers preference 1-2 ft typically and routed.
Bulkhead to be landward of all marked wetlands.
