Good afternoon Lorelei,
I have scheduled a site visit for this location on Wednesday, April 19th. The permit fee for this project will be $200 and
you can send a check at your convenience. I do have a question.
1. How is the pier attaching to the land? Will it be connecting to the existing stairs that are on land or will it just be
connecting to the land above the rip rap? Any additional stairs being proposed on land?
