Hey there Jerry and Joan,
We are reaching out to you regarding our dock at 508 Brant Rd. As you know, we are building our house
and we didn't realize that when we got the permit for the dock it had an expiration date on it for that part
of the project. So, unfortunately, we have to reapply for the dock permit.
As required,) have enclosed a copy of the house plans that show the dock we are looking to build, as well
as the ADJACENT RIPARIAN PROPERTY OWNER NOTIFICATION/WAIVER FORM to be signed off by you.
I have enclosed a postage paid envelope and hope its not too much of an inconvenience to ask you to sign
off on this project once again. You can mail it in, email a signed copy to me at cronaghan@msn.com, or
disregard this letter altogether. No response will be considered the same as no objection.

notified by Certified Mail.
