I did a site visit and reviewed the application. It looks like the proposal has the pier/dock extending out to 411'total
which exceeds the 400' max allowed from Normal High Water under a general permit. Let me know if reducing the
length of the pier walkway by 11'will work for you—if so, I can draft up the permit today and have it ready for you to
pick up by tomorrow.
