*This renewal must be attached to the original permit #160-86 issued ,
on August 15, 1986 and be available on site when Division personnel
, inspect the project for compliance. All conditions and stipulations ,
of the original permit apply to the project under this renewal .

' other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the the Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. .
