Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a fine,imprisonment or civil action;or may cause the permit to be null and void. / / (1) All muck will be placed in an approved suitable highground disposal area. , (2) All fill material will he obtained from highground sources. i , (3) The toe of all fill will be stabilized in order that the material remains / within the proposed alignments. / / (4) All unnecessary existing causeways on the south side of the river will be / removed to the existing grade of adjacent wetlands . / / (5) Siltation control devices will be used during all phases of construction. / / (6) All fill will be seeded, grassed or otherwise stabilized within thirty (30 ) / days following completion of construction. / / (See attached sheet for Additional Conditions) / / / This permit action may be appealed by the permittee Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DNRCD and ' ' or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the the Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. , issuing date. This modification is to include the construction of the detours at the south end of the bridge. Temporary fill will be placed on 1.5 acres of open water and marsh habitat which will be removed upon completion of the bridge.
