Dear Mr. Jennings:
I have reviewed your written request to modify your CAMA Major Permit4415 in
Perquimans County to allow the substitution of a 60' long culvert pipe for the originally
permitted 50' pipe.
I have determined this substitution will have no adverse impacts to the environment. I
hereby refine your CAMA Major Permit#58-95 to reflect this change. All other conditions and
requirements of CAMA Major Permit #58-95 remain in affect.
