This letter is in response to your July 24, 2000 correspondence which included a
`• 4�r: request of extend the expiration date for CAMA Major Permit #7-98 to December 31, 2002.
- *-..' At this time, CAMA Major Permit #7-98 will expire on December 31, 2001 which is 17
. months from now.
It ' :Ink Accordingly, the Division is not in a position to extend CAMA Major Permit#7-98
at this time. It is recommended that an extension request be forwarded to this office in
' accordance with the provisions of NCAC T15A: 07J.0404 in the fall of 2001.
