Hello Billy,
I have researched the old permit and signatures and found that the one for Mr. Guthrie expired in
March (only valid for 1 year from the date they are signed). The other is valid until October of this year.
In order for me to issue a renewal you will need to obtain a new signature from Mr. Guthrie. Once you
have that, please send to me as well as a copy of the previous permit issued.The fee for the re-issue
would be 200 dollars and we take check or money order only. Once I receive all of this, I can email you
the re-issued permit for your signature.
