Subject: Final barge site review in Avon and North of Canadian Hole area
Clay—
DCM participated in the second site visit to the two Hurricane Matthew barge incident locations on June 7, 2017. A
previous site visit (post barge removal) occurred on February 23, 2017.The post incident field trips provided the chance
to review actual site conditions and to determine if the locations where able to attain pre-incident functionality. DCM
did not find any long term damage/degradation attributed to the barges at either site.
DCM will not require additional site visits/assessments in order to monitor conditions at these sites. Thanks for your
time and cooperation. Please contact me with any questions.
