Subject: C202185 Bonner Bridge Replacement Permit Review Meeting.

On October 14, 2015 the NCDOT issued a Notice to Proceed (NTP)for Construction Activities to the Design Build Team,
PCL/HDR, for the replacement of Bonner Bridge. This NTP authorization is one of several steps to be completed prior to
beginning work on the project site. Another step in this process is to conduct an Environmental Permit Review Meeting
with the appropriate permitting agencies, the Department, and the Design Build Team. It is anticipated that limited
construction activities will begin in early January 2016 and ramping up to more significant in March 2016.
With this said, I respectfully request information on your availability to meet with the Department and the PCL/HDR
Team one day the first week of December: Dec 2"d or 3rd
As an alternate is the 2"d week of December: Dec 8th, 9th, 10th
Please advise me of your preferred date(s) along with a time estimate you will need to review your permit. Based on
these responses I will schedule the meeting by separate calendar invitation.
The meeting will be held at a facility to be determined in Manteo or Nags Head based on attendance. The goal is to
begin the meeting at 9am and complete review of the permits by lunch time or mid-afternoon.
Please share with others you deem appropriate to represent your agency.
