Based upon comments received from the N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries and the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, DCM agrees with the request to add the removal of piles associated with the existing fender system to the in-water work that is approved for an additional 12 days past the February 1 St start date that is in the CAMA Permit 70-20. Please note that this e-mail response does not eliminate the need to obtain any additional permits, approvals or authorizations that may be required. This includes approval, if required, from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and/or the N.C. Division of Water Resources (DWR). Please let me or Stephen Lane know if you have any questions or concerns.
