DESCRIPTION
We propose to install a new vinyl seawall. Wall will be 108' long with 3' — 4'
exposure. This includes an 8' long wingback on both sides of the property. There
will be additional tieback rod extensions on each tieback.
We propose to install a subsurface rock drain system behind the seawall.
We propose to install a new wooden pier consisting of a 5' wide x 28' long
walkway connecting to a 5' wide x 8' long wooden stepdown. This is a
replacement of existing dock and will be in the same footprint.
