The pole would be sitting on the Town of MHC's theoretical road right of way along N 24th St approximately a few feet (2
to 3') from the developer's property line (PGH). I'll reach back out to the developer for assistance with the signatures
and get Darrell Williams with the Town to re-sign his form and the authorization form.

Based on the drawing you provided, it appears it would fit under our general permit 07H.1600. You will need to supply a
drawing with dimensions of proposed development/powerlines and completed forms for notifying the adjacent riparian
neighbors (attached). I'll make a site visit to confirm that there are no issues from the proposal. The permit fee is
$400.00 and a check/money order can be made out to NCDEQ.
