The Dennee property at 1812 Williamson Drive in New Bern has now been re -surveyed and has been
split into separate parcels, each with its own Parcel Identification Number (PIN) - Parcel 7-100-C-SCT1-
019 and Parcel 7-100-C-SCTl-020, and each property shows its respective docks.
The new survey was filed with Craven County Register of Deeds and Craven County Tax Administration
today, and therefore the Craven County GIS website has not been updated yet. The Tax Administration
office (updates GIS website) told me they are backed up and it could take 1-2 months to update the GIS
website. The new survey (signed and sealed) is attached for reference.
We re -submit the attached CAMA general permit application to install a seawall, boat ramp and dock on
behalf of:
Richard & Sarah Dennee
1812 Williamson Drive (Parcel 7-100-C-SCT1-020)
New Bern
was in the past. Because of this, the existing pier and platform along the left would have to be counted as
platform sf as well as any platforms and fingers on the right side docking facility which makes it inconsistent with
the maximum allowable of 800 sf for this parcel and the general permit criteria. In order to move forward with
your general permit request, the old docking facility along the left side would have to be removed and inspected
by a field rep before a permit could be issued. Please let me know if you have any questions and how you and the
owner would like to proceed.

repair/rebuild design for the Proposed final dock, seawall and boat ramp design.
The dock on the left will not be removed since it is located on an adjacent property (Lot 19) and has
been continually in place since it was originally built in 1985.
All work for the currently submitted CAMA permit application will be performed on Snug Harbor,
Section I, Lot 20.
