This is to confirm that I have no objection to the proposed maintenance excavation at the mouth of the canal that adjoins
my properly(Lot 37) on Pintail Dr, the Gross Property(Lot 36) on Pintail Dr and the Warner property(Lot 10)on Tom Neal
Dr in the Sound Shores subdivision on Ocracoke, NC with the understanding that this work is to be completed
before the upcoming summer rental season begins. I would propose that an end-date of April 30th should be
sufficient to complete this job.Were there to be a delay in this completion date, I would respectfully request
that I am approached again for my consent.

Darren Burris is doing the dredging as time permits. He has parked his dredge there at times over the past 2 seasons as he worked
on both canals but pretty much continuously since this summer.
He has about 2 weeks of dredging to complete and then should be done with the canal.
I would expect him to relocate the dredge once finished. I will speak to him about that this weekend.
The canal should not need dredging again for hopefully 4 yrs as we extracted a large volume of sand this time.

May I enquire who is doing the dredging,who has commissioned this work and where the dredged material is being carried?We've
had a dredge sat at the front of the canal for the past two seasons. In addition to my previous questions,I'd Eke to know the start
and end dates for the job.And I would expect that,once completed,the dredge is moved away from the site permanently,or at least
until the next dredging exercise is needed.
