The pier is to be 5' wide and about 80' long leading to a 15' wide x 20' long dock. The pier and platform decking will be constructed with light grey color thruflow impact panels placed 5' wide on top of 8" butt x 20' timber pilings that will be driven on the outer perimeter of the decking and cutoff 3.5' above deck elevation. The pilings will have plastic caps and rope will be run as a type of handrail. This design is similar to most docks in the Occano development. Attached are the Riparian Waiver Agreements from the adjacent property owners, a conceptual diagram as to where the boardwalk and pier / platform will run, and the $200 application fee. We would like to begin the pier construction late March or early April 2023. Given that the Goguet covered platform appears to cross over the riparian property line, please advise where we need to place our pier, platform and future boat lift to be in compliance with CAMA's site restrictions.
