I - ,t 6 �- JOSEPH CREECH 112 HIGHLAND RD. ■&�TiTI:.1a:Vk � DESCRIPTION We propose to install a new concrete pier consisting of a 5' wide x 100' long walkway connecting to a T wide x 20' long platform. We propose to install a new 16' wide x 25' long boat house roof along with an 11' wide x 20' long gazebo roof over the dock platform. This will be a hip roof a pitch of no greater than 6/12. We propose to disassemble existing jet ski lift and reinstall on the opposite side of the new dock walkway. We also propose to disassemble the existing boat lift and reinstall it under the new boat house roof. The boat lift will mount onto new piling brackets. We propose to install approximately 100 linear feet of Class B riprap along the existing shoreline. This will be installed at the rate of 3/4 —1 ton per foot.
