To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Randall Hamby is applying for a CAMA general permit to rebuild his dock, located at 17 Sailview
Drive, in Onslow, North Carolina. The specifics of the proposed work are in the enclosed drawings. As
you will see there are two options.
Option 1 leaves his current lift where it sits, adding a roof and a finger pier built to access it. If CAMA
will not allow us to move it to the end, we will go to option 1. If they do allow us to move the lift,
Option 2 will be used. This plan allows for the lift to be moved and covered. If you have any questions
about either plan, please feel to contact us.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify you of
the development in order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review the
attached.
Please sign the attached form and use the provided envelope to return the riparian waiver. No
comment within 10 days of your receipt of this notice will be considered as no objection. If you have
