For Mr. James Clements' plans to add a boat lift, 16 x20 fixed pier and gazebo, the Town was notified as an adjacent
property owner (actually Town maintained street).
The Town would not have any objections as long as it did not interfere with any future use of a kayak/canoe launch that
the town may establish.
I don't recall us being notified for streets before.
