Good morning Heather,
I hope you have recovered well from your surgery.
I have attached two sets of paperwork for permits in Riverbend.
Paul Tyler wants to demo the current pier and install a new vinyl bulkhead, concrete slat pier & 10k lift
and dredge for the bulkhead backfill.
Ronnie Meeks wants a new vinyl bulkhead, 10k lift and dredge for the backfill. He will keep his current
wood pier/dock.
We would like to install the new vinyl bulkhead in front of the old wood bulkhead without any bulkhead
demo for both location, they are neighbors. All neighbors are waiving the 15' setback.
