I would not think you would need to add anything on their permit. When
they cross into the right of way they should get picked up on our system
which would steer them to the encroachment agreement.

You should be good leaving the permit as is.

Thanks David. I’ll put a note or condition on our permit to ensure
they’re aware of needing that prior to construction. Is it called an
encroachment agreement? Do you have any suggested wording that I should
use or is something along the lines of:

The permittee shall obtain an encroachment agreement from the DOT
District office for the pipeline roadway crossing prior to the onset of
construction.

Or do you have a contact number for the office that I can also direct
them to?
