I have a few questions and requests for additional information before I can process your application request. First, I see that you have neighbor notifications for David Murphy (property to the West). In addition to 110 East City Road, do you also own the connected property to the west (parcel PIN: 734702575147000)? If so can you provide a copy of a deed or documentation of your ownership. In addition, the adjoining property owner to the East along the shoreline has a form for a Kennett Walton at 158 Egrett Street, Smyrna. Unfortunately, the property is deeded to an Ellen Macdonald, and I cannot find any deeds indicating that Mr. Walton (or Walter — it is hard to tell from the handwriting) is a property owner. If you can provide me with a deed or documentation that Mr. Walter/Walton is associated with that property, I can accept that as notification. Lastly, can you provide me with a drawing of the project that indicates the locations of the proposed project in reference to property lines, waterbodies, edge of marsh and normal high water line. I have attached example drawings in the packet attached to this email. You can draw a to scale schematic on an aerial image or draw it on the existing survey map that you provided. Will there be any boatlifts or mooring pilings? Based on the drawings you sent me, they have not identified the locations or numbers of any formal boat slips. Please keep in mind that if you own both of the lots along Middens and Unnamed Creek, each parcel is treated independently. Unless they have been joined, we would look at each property independently which could work for or against your proposal depending on what your goals are with the structure.
