We have been contracted by the homeowners (Un Yong Karl and Eva Chin) at 1156 Duck Rd to construct a two -tiered bulkhead system with stairs (which is essentially a bulkhead and upper retaining wall with connecting stairs). Since Four Seasons in Duck POA owns the adjacent property, as part of the CAMA permitting process, I sent the attached letter and supporting documents via certified mail to: Four Seasons in Duck PDA PO Box 8265 Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 I sent the letter on 10/31/22, however it looks like it has been lost in the mail and delivery has not even been attempted yet. I was hoping that you could assist me with getting the attached waiver signed in lieu of having to send another certified letter. Also — I was hoping you could assist me with any ACC application the POA will require (if any) for this project. Thanks!
