1. Progress Summary:
- GLDD continues to provide AD/BD Survey Planning for the following 72 hours
The material of these loads was placed between stations 583+00 and 576+00
2. Safety:
Pre -Shift Meeting
The schedule of activities for the day was discussed which included checking the condition of pipeline on the beach and making repairs to pipeline. Safety
discussed maintaining security fencing and signage on the fill site. The crews completed Stretch and Flex exercises before starting their shift.
SSHO Observation
All GLDD personnel worked with proper PPE being worn in compliance with GLDD policies and contract specifications. Observed equipment operators on
the fill site usingtheir horn rior to movingthe a ui ment to alert crew members on the round that the equipment would be movin .
