Pre -Shift Meeting
The schedule of activities for the day was discussed . Stop work authority and hazard mitigation reviewed with crew. The crews completed Stretch and
Flex exercises before starting their shift.
SSHO Observation
Fill site operators performing heavy equipment pre -use inspections before operating equipment. Good communication utilizing radios between shore
personnel and equipment operators.
