Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover. No portion of the roof overhang shall encroach into the 30 ft. buffer. Silt fence shall be installed such that it is properly toed -in to the soil. (10) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective sedimentation and erosion control measures.
