Completely remove the portion in front of the bulkhead, just building back the dock going out 35x3, the 20x4 running
parallel with the bulkhead will be removed and not built back

Out of curiosity, did you send a 3rd notification to Mr. Keller? It looks like this one was a success! It has a delivery
stamp of 1/27/2023. So that puts the 10 day window closing on 2/7/2023 (Wednesday). I am going to go ahead and
draw up the permit and I do have a couple questions concerning the existing structures. At my field visit I collected
the following dimensions on the existing structures:
- Existing deck (on land): 20' L x 4' W
- Existing dock (along bulkhead): 35' L x 5' W
- Existing platform: 18' L x 5' W
- Existing finger pier: 39' L x 3' W
Question #1: When the bulkhead moves forward 2' a portion of the existing dock will be demoed as you indicated in
the drawing. This will reduce the dock dimensions to approximately 35' L x 3' W is my understanding correct?
Questions #2: What is the plan for the existing 20'x4' deck? Will it be removed and then constructed back in the same
location and same size (I understand that it will also move 2' forward with the bulkhead) or is it being removed
completely? Any alterations?
