This permit, issued on August 11, 2020 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) This Renewal shall be attached to the original of Permit No. 91-96, which was issued to the permittee
on 6/3/96, including all subsequent renewals, modifications, and amendments, and copies of all
documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for

3) The Division of Coastal Management shall be notified in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance of
any maintenance work authorized by this permit, and such notification shall include:
A. The number of the original permit.
B. A statement that no dimensional changes are proposed.
C. A conv of the original nermit nlans with erns -hatching indicatinv the area to he. maintained_ the
area to be used for spoil disposal, and the estimated amount of material to be removed'. The
location, design and holding capacity of the spoil disposal site shall be. approved by a
representative of the Division prior to the initiation of any maintenance dredging activities.
D. The date of map revision and the permittee's signature shown anew on the original plan.
NOTE: The N.C. Division of Water Resources has assigned the proposed project DWR Project No.
1995-1268v2.
NOTE: The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers has assigned the proposed project COE Action Id. No. SAW-

Dear Ms. MacPherson,
This letter is submitted on behalf of Bald Head Island Limited, LLC for renewal of CAMA Permit #91-
96 Deep Point Marina. Included is my Check #1731, dated 7-20-20, for the $100 renewal fee. The
current permit expires on December 31,2020.
Deep Point Marina, 1301 Ferry Road, Southport, Brunswick County, NC is the home of the mainland
side Parking Lot, Marine Maintenance and Ferry Terminal for the Bald Head Island Ferry, and the
recreational Marina. It is still an active permit, as all of the permitted development is not yet complete,
and the permit also includes the Spoil Basin.
