November 30,2022, is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all
applicable regulations and special oonctidons and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may be subject for

This pemdt auttsorizes: CONSTRUCT A 71X14' PORCH AND 71X141 BEDROOM EXTENSION ABOVE LOCATED ON THE REAR
(CANAL SIDE) OF HOUSE FOR A BATHROOM EXTENSION. ALL NEW DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE ELEVATED TO THE
DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION OF AE 15.0.

(5) The amount of Impervious surface shall not exceed 30% of the tit area within 75 feet of
(Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental Concern), in this case the house and total Impervious area within
the AEC and is 1,432 square feet including overhangs.
(6) All developmentibonstruction shall be located 30 feet landward of normal high -wager level.
(7) The Tx44' poach and heated space shall be elevated above the design flood elevation of AE-15 feet
(8) All unconsolidated material resulting from amoMed grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line

(9) No graft is permhed within the 30' butler from the normal high water. Any land disturbance must be
contoured to prevent additional stormwater runoff to the adjacent marsh. This area shall be immediately
vegetatively stabilized and must remain in a vegetated state.

construction completion.
(11) Areas below the structure which are below the lowest floor shall not be designed or used for human
habitation, but shall only be used for parking of vehicles, building access or limited storage of maintaince
equipment. Food Vents shall be installed in accordance with FEMA regulations and Holden Beach Town
Order. Access to the enclosed area shall be limited to a (standard exterior door), or entry to the living
area (stairway or elevator). The interior portion of such enclosed area shall not be finished or partitioned
into separate rooms, except to erulose storage areas.
(12) One 90'X20' parking space is required to remain accessible for the life of the structure for each bedroom.
(13)The proposed development construction value shall not be more than 50% of the tax value of the sbucture.
(14) The proposed enclosure shall meet all local, state and federal rules and regulations. The design elevation
is AE 15.
(15)A final as built elevation oertificate and as built survey will be required so that it can be vedw that all
proposed construction meets all local, state and federal rules and regulations.
