Access to the enclosed area shall be limited to a (standard exterior door), or entry to the living area (stairway or elevator). The interior portion of such enclosed area shall not be finished or partitioned into separate rooms, except to erulose storage areas. (12) One 90'X20' parking space is required to remain accessible for the life of the structure for each bedroom. (13)The proposed development construction value shall not be more than 50% of the tax value of the sbucture. (14) The proposed enclosure shall meet all local, state and federal rules and regulations. The design elevation is AE 15. (15)A final as built elevation oertificate and as built survey will be required so that it can be vedw that all proposed construction meets all local, state and federal rules and regulations.
