conducted on August 28 and 30, 2022 for the 4-Towns Beach Nourishment Project. <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>In 2022, Southern Shores is constructing a beach nourishment
project. As specified in Condition No. 13 of CAMA Permit No. 87-21, a pre-construction survey is required prior to the construction of the project. On August 28 and 30, 2022, TI Coastal
Services, Inc. conducted a survey of Kitty Hawk in accordance with the Permit Condition No. 13. Based upon the survey, the Mean High Water line was derived. The mean high water line
is at an elevation of + 1.18 ft NAVD88. This dataset contains the MHW line of Kitty Hawk based upon the May 31, 2022 survey.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> Coastal Protection Engineering
