NARRATIVE: I G HOLDINGS, LLC, INTENDS TO CONSTRUCT A 10,200 SF RETAIL BUILDING AND 5-BEDROOM HOME AT THE FORMER "BOYCE STORAGE" FACILITY IN RODANTHE. THE CONSTRUCTION WILL INCLUDE A CONCRETE PARKING AND LOADING AREA, SOUNDSIDE BULKHEAD AND BOARDWALK, SEPTIC SYSTEM AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS. THE SITE IS LOCATED ON 1.73 ACRES LOCATED AT 24530 NC-12, RODANTHE, NORTH CAROLINA. APPROXIMATELY 1.80 ACRES OF THE SITE ARE TO BE DISTURBED. CONSTRUCTION IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN IN THE LATE SUMMER OF 2013. THE SITE IS FAIRLY LEVEL, WITH SANDY SOILS AND MIXED FILL MATERIAL CONSISTING OF ROCK AND CRUSHED PAVEMENT. THERE IS LITTLE EXISTING VEGETATION ON THE SITE, WHICH WILL BE CLEARED PRIOR TO GRADING. DISTURBED AREAS ARE TO BE STABILIZED WITH TEMPORARY/PERMANENT VEGETATION ACCORDING TO THE SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION. II.
