Please accept the attached document as official request from Pelletier Creek Marina LLC to renovate their existing
docking facility. They would like a GP 2000 to reconfigure their dock as shown in the drawing. The reconfiguration
would not increase slip count over the existing 13 slips. The overall footprint of the facility would be reduced as the
boathouse would be removed. A 15' riparian WAIVER is attached for each riparian neighbor.
They would also like a GP 1100 for the replacement of a 275' bulkhead, a GP 1300 for the replacement of a 15'x50' boat
ramp and a GP 1500 for the maintenance excavation of 852 cubic yards of material.
