Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. <mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> All, At this point in time, we would ask that you simply put the CAMA Minor Permit as well as the CAMA Major Permit Minor Modification for access at BIS “On Hold”. We met with BIS earlier this week and they will be speaking with their Board next week regarding the intended use of the access. Once we hear back from them we will make a determination on whether or not to withdraw our application(s). Of those owners, the letters to two of them are still outstanding. These include 1) Robert Ross, and 2) Marie Baressi. Duck’s consultant plans to attempt re-delivery. Since you’ve indicated you represent all owners of this subdivision, are you able to accept notice on their behalf, and if not, can you contact them and encourage them to sign for the certified mail?
