Heather,
I have updated the letter as you recommended to add the width of the access on the drawing. Please see attached. The Town is sending the check for $100 directly to you. We will send
out the certified letters to notice adjacent property owners tomorrow. Will keep you posted.

Subject: RE: [External] Draft - Request for Minor Modification to Major CAMA #113-21 - Barrier Island Station
Hi Ken,
We are going to handle Trinitie as a letter of refinement since it falls within the project area (and was also shown on plans) and will be restored to pre-project conditions. There is
no fee associated with a refinement. And then we will handle Barrier Island Station as a more formal minor modification (requiring the $100 application fee) due to a few reasons that
make that one a little more complicated. It will probably also be helpful to add the 15’ access width on the drawing.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I hope you all have a great weekend.
H.

Good Morning Heather,
Attached is a draft version of the letter requesting a minor modification to the CAMA Major Permit for the Town of Duck (#113-21). I wanted to provide this draft copy for your review
before we send out notices to the adjacent property owners. Could you let me know if there is any additional information you will need to process the request.
Furthermore, can you confirm that we will need to submit a check to cover permit fees for this request. Along those lines, since we have proposed two separate minor permit modifications
to the Major CAMA Permit (one for Port Trinitie and one for Barrier Island Station), would each require payment of the associated fee?
Thanks in advance for your assistance with this. As soon as we hear back from you we will formally submit the request and send out the certified letters noticing the request to modify
the permit.
Kind Regards,
Ken Willson
