The retaining wall cannot be constructed in the CFPUA utility easement without
prior approval vis the encroachment process.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in seven (7) days, provided
