We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete.
Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office:
Please address the following comments:
1. The Lot size included in the application includes a portion of the lot seaward
of the Normal High Water Line (NHW). Please indicate the correct amount
of property located landward of the Normal High Water Line. Please include
the amount of impervious being added to the current impervious of 5667
Square feet.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in one (1) days, provided
this period is not extended as provided by law. Additional time may be necessary due to the use
of permeable materials and required authorization from another agency (NCDEQ).
