Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office: 1. Detail the impervious calculations being proposed for the entire scope of work requested within the 575' Area of Environmental Concern (AEC). a. Detail the square footage of buildable land within the parcel. b. -Calculate the total amount of impervious ground cover allotted for that amount of square footage. Within the 575' AEC, 25% of buildable land is allotted for impervious ground cover. c. Detail the amount of existing impervious ground cover on lot. d. Detail the amount of proposed impervious ground cover on lot. 2. On site plan, annotate the 30' CAMA buffer line. 3. On application, annotate the amount of total square feet of impervious surface in the AEC. 4. On application detail if a state stormwater management permit has been issued or not for your parcel.
