At that point, a complete re-issuance can be authorized. lf the permit is still active, you can use whichever contractor you like, just make sure the work is completed before or by the date listed on the bottom of the permit. Nothing has changed since the original permit other than l'm changing contractors - the work plans and proposed work has not changed, the riparian owners are the same on both sides, and the notices to riparian neighbors was issued in June 2022 so we're still within the 1 year. Heather, I left you a voicemail regarding this issue - I called you at the suggestion of Curt Weychen - he and I talked about this issue last night (Mon 6/13) and he didn't have a good answer and suggested ltalk with you. The point in question is the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner notification/statement regarding our desire to put in a dock. I sent letters certified mail to both ad,iacent property owners. One of the owners responded with a signed letter, so l'm good there. The other neighbor did not sign for the letter and had not picked it up from the Post Office as of today. We mailed these on May 17 and they were delivered (or attemptedl on May 19. We're well past the 10 days required to get their input. What are my options ? The Post Office will not leave a certified lener at the address without a signature. So the only way we have to prove that we did our due diligence is the certified mail receipt showing it was sent and the tracking history showing that it was attempted to be delivered and that it has not been picked up at the post office. I tried to find some contact information for the property owner and found some email addresses for who I think the owner is - | Hello Mr. Grohnke, Find a Field Reo (arcqis.com) t sent them emails letting them know what I was trying to contact them for their input but I have not heard back (it was a long shot).
