Good talking with you. Attached is a scan of the completed documents signed by my adjacent
neighbors. Also attached is my survey that I showed what I would like to do re: expanding my
boat ramp. Please let me know your thoughts on this and if there is anything I have left out.

Whitt,
It was good speaking with you today. Attached are the CAMA General Permit rules for boat
ramps as well as the notification form. On page 2 of the notification form are tips for the
notification process. You must provide a drawing to the adjacent owner so they can clearly
understand the proposal and you can either have the adjacent riparian owner directly sign the
form or send it via certified mail. That said, since the boat ramp is within the 15' setback, we
will need to have that waiver signed off on by Jerry or Karen Lilly. If you have any questions,
feel free to contact me (or Robert Corbett after August 22nd)
