Wilmington NC 28409 Dear Mr. Lisle: We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete. Accordingly, I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office: Please address the following comments: 1. A site plan showing proposed construction displaying the Normal High -Water Line, 30' CAMA Buffer, and the 75' Area of Environmental Concern (AEC). Please show the proposed impervious square footage within the 75' AEC on the new site plan. In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in two (2) days, provided this period is not extended as provided by law.
