FOR DEVELOPERS IN OCEAN HAZARD AND ESTUARINE HAZARD AREAS:
I acknowledge that the land owner is aware that the proposed development is planned for an area which may be
susceptible to erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the particular
hazard problems associated with this lot. This explanation was accompanied by recommendations concerning stabilization
and floodproofing techniques.

We originally accepted your application under the impression that it was complete. Accordingly,
I am requesting that you submit the following additional information to this office:
1. Of the recorded 53,086 square feet listed for the property on record, please detail the
amount of buildable square footage the parcel has and base all impervious
calculations from said area.
2. Please record whether 13 Oyster Catcher Rd has been issued a State Stormwater
permit and if so, what the impervious surface allotment would be.
In accordance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources regulations, we note
that a certain time has passed while the application has remained in our office. Upon
resubmission of a complete application, a local decision will be made in (25) days, provided this
period is not extended as provided by law.
