The permit was modified/renewed on 22 December 1999 to include an 8'x275' dock to be constructed waterward of the 275' bulkhead. Due to medical problems Mr. Scott R. Farmer (President of SRF, Inc.) was unable to complete the construction of the dock and the permit expired on 31 December 2001. Mr. Farmer has requested that the permit be renewed (with no modifications) for 2 years. I recommend the permit be renewed as requested.
