However, it appears you may have notified the adjacent slip owners, and we are requiring notification to the adjacent riparian property owners, which would be: 1) Tax Owners: Conti, Stephen Ttee 1704 Chestnut Ct, Sewickley, PA 15143, and 2) Tax Owners: Defreitas, Robert S & Jacqueline L, 144 Fort Hugar Way, Manteo, NC 27954 The names above are the riparian owners that were notified during the last boatlift permits issued in Heritage Point.
