Hello Terri,
I'll let you know when I'm scheduled to go back to that area. However, it appears you may have
notified the adjacent slip owners, and we are requiring notification to the adjacent riparian property
owners, which would be:
1) Tax Owners: Conti, Stephen Ttee 1704 Chestnut Ct, Sewickley, PA 15143, and
2) Tax Owners: Defreitas, Robert S & Jacqueline L, 144 Fort Hugar Way, Manteo, NC 27954
The names above are the riparian owners that were notified during the last boatlift permits issued in
Heritage Point.
A check for $200 made out to NCDEQ is required for the permit fee.
I will also need the actual dimensions (length x width) of the proposed boatlift.
