We will be doing this work at your neighbors, Ralph Beidelman, 40004 Reef Dr. Avon.
We will be installing a wood walkway from the back of the house to the bulkhead and
from the bulkhead we will be installing a 3 0'x6' pier with steps down to a 6'x 10' platform.
Installing 18-15' tiebacks & deadman. Installing 205' of broken concrete along the
bulkhead. I have enclosed a form that will need to be signed by you and if you can scan
an email it back or return by mail that would be appreciated.
