The project was delayed starting until late June / early July of this year. Due to this fact and the many delays caused by the numerous hurricanes we have encountered, we would like to apply for a permit extension. The permit is due to expire on December 31, 1999. The stationary portion of the pier is complete. The extension is only necessary for the 800 cubic yards of dredge and the floating docks.
