Thanks for the update! I checked with both Brad Rosov with CPE and Josh with the USACE and they said they have not received any comments from BOEM yet they could forward, but would do
so if they received any in the near future.

Brad said they (CPE) had been coordinating closely with them (BOEM) in developing the EA for them and Deena Hansen was the original contact, but now Jeri Wisman has more recently been
their acting POC:

Thanks for that follow-up info. Since BOEM is also evaluating this, would it be possible to have you send me their comments? I'd like to see what their permit/comments include. Overall,
I think the biggest monitoring concerns I've got with the borrow site is just the turbidity and noise monitoring. But if BOEM isn't going to require anything, I don't think I could
really have much footing in a request for monitoring the borrow site, since it's within their jurisdiction. It would be ideal to have it done, since those are usually questions that
we have to consider during the permit review process. So having that info would be useful for me for this one and future dredging events. But, again, if BOEM isn't going to require
it at the borrow site, I can't really push too hard for it.
