It looks like the shoreline falls off pretty quick. And I would imagine that the phrag is growing up the hill a little bit. If they are good with your alignment then I am too but if they want to go as far out as possible then I can run by there in a couple weeks and take a look. Thanks, Billy Billy W. It looks like someone put a pink flag by the phragmites on right/east side at one point, and there was a stake with a pink flag 4'landward next to the return wall. I'm wondering if that was an old bulkhead alignment call, and if you found any records of a JD or site visit? Uplands mostly patens and cat brier, cedar and pine near road. Let me know your thoughts, but I'm leaning toward at least 4' back where that flag stake was, but also depends on your call. Hope to get by this site late this week or early next, but just wanted to run by you as an FYI: Most likely there is some phrag growing along the shoreline. Once I get site photos, I can send your way for further clarification. I can't tell whether that's a sandy shoreline or concrete along the edge. They are probably hoping for a bulkhead matching up with the adjacent property bulkheads at 7754 & 7552 Cedar Island Dr. Let me know if you have any concerns. *Wn" Yvonne B.
